Literature Text

The sun was beating down onto the hot white sand as two couples argued. Feliciano was doing his best to stand up to Ludwig and Lovino was screaming at Antonio, who was screaming back.
“Ludwig, Please!” Feliciano begged.
“No, Feliciano! I have had it with your flirting with everyone!” the German yelled.
“It’s not my fault!”
“Well, if that’s the case, we might as well go our separate ways.” Feliciano’s eyes filled with tears.
“B-but, Luddy. . . “ the Italian murmured, reaching for the blond.
“Nein, we’re done, Feliciano,” Ludwig said, grabbing the iron cross that hung around Feliciano’s neck and yanking it off. Tears began to quickly fall from the Italian’s amber eyes. “Auf wiedersehen, Italy.” Ludwig turned and strode past the other pair of arguing lovers, Antonio joining him.
The two looked at each other and grumbled, “Italians.”
Lovino looked over only to see Feliciano sobbing. “Veneziano. Come on. You don’t need him. You can do better than that potato-sucking bastard.”
